How do I know the products are genuine?

All products sold on DentalMartBD are sourced directly from authorised brand distributors in Bangladesh. Every item includes a manufacturer serial number that can be verified on the brand's official website. We also provide a Certificate of Authenticity with high-value items such as handpieces and imaging equipment.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered in 1–2 business days. For orders outside Dhaka, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on the district. Express same-day delivery is available in Dhaka for orders placed before 12:00 PM. All orders are tracked with real-time updates sent via SMS and email.

Do you offer bulk / clinic pricing?

Yes! We offer special pricing for clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, and NGOs. Contact our sales team via WhatsApp (+880 1700-000000) or email ([email protected]) with your requirements. We also offer credit terms for established accounts placing regular orders.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Simply contact our support team and we'll arrange a pickup and issue a full refund or exchange. Consumables (opened packs, single-use items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We use Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, and our own logistics partners for nationwide delivery. Remote areas may take 5–7 days. Free delivery applies on all orders above ৳5,000 regardless of location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket (mobile banking), VISA/MasterCard (credit & debit), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most products. For high-value items (above ৳50,000), we may require advance payment or bank transfer confirmation before dispatch.

Do you provide product support and warranties?

Yes. All equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty, which we honour on behalf of the brand. For Woodpecker, NSK, Melag, and other brands, we also have trained technicians who can provide in-clinic servicing in Dhaka. Warranty claims can be filed through our website or by calling our helpline.
