How Long We Keep Your Data

- Order & invoice records — 7 years (as required by the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012)
- Account data — for the lifetime of your account, plus 1 year after deletion request
- Support communications — 2 years from date of last contact

- Usage & analytics data — 13 months on a rolling basis
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
